How to price an HVAC maintenance membership
Build a plan customers keep and that pays you every month.

A maintenance membership turns one-time customers into monthly revenue. The trick is pricing it so customers feel the value and you still make margin. Start by listing exactly what the plan includes: two tune-ups a year, priority scheduling, and a discount on repairs is a common shape.
Price from your cost up, not from a competitor down. Add up the labor and parts of the included visits, add your margin, and divide across twelve months. A tiered structure, good, better, best, lets customers self-select.
A membership is not a discount. It is a promise you get paid for keeping.
Then make it easy to join and automatic to renew. When billing runs on its own, memberships become the most predictable money in your business. See memberships.
